Casa Padronale "Main House": (230 sqm on two floors + Colombaia) MAIN HOUSE MAPS: GROUND FLOOR 1st FLOOR COLOMBAIA From the loggetta with vaulted roof in Tuscan cotto, at the ground floor,you can reach the big living room with the billiard table ,and the first floor,by the stairs.

At the first floor a living room with fire place communicating with the kitchen* equipped of backing plate (4 fires), oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher-, TV/Sat, table from 16/18 persons and great fireplace. There are 5 wide rooms, of which 4 double beds (matrimonial) ones and one double, and 4 baths (shower/bide'/WC) of which two in room. In a room before the baths, washing machine and iron. The kitchen has a direct access to the garden where you find the swimming pool, barbecue and the external stairs that leads to the front garden.
 

Dependence "Yellow House" : (90 sqm on two floors + Loggia) In front of the Padronale House, few meters distance, the apartment realized in one of the barns.

From the large loggia it is possible to access at kitchen, completely equipped. At the ground floor one double bedroom and a bathroom. At the first floor, other two bedrooms and a bathroom.
 

Dependance "Stone House"(110 sqm): Also near to the main house,on the right,the third apartment,realized in the old stone barn.

At the ground floor you can enter by two beautifull typically "arco"doors,and there is a large sitting room open on the view of the countryside,a kitchen with fireplace,a double bedroom,and a bathroom. At the first floor,the other two bedrooms and a bathroom.

All the apartments are finely restored with the original Tuscan material, cotto and wooden roof. Ancient furniture, with modern accessories. All the apartments have got independent kitchens and heating. Pet are allowed.

On request is possible to reserve typical Tuscan dinner.

They are free of charge fruit and vegetables of the garden. For sale: oil of olive, wine, vinsanto, grappa of own or local production.
